Dom-Ex LLC is a division of HEPI with a primary focus on acquiring and selling used parts to thousands of customers worldwide. This key management position is located in Hibbing, MN and will be fully responsible for all of Dom-Ex’s operations and activities. H-E Parts International (HEPI) is the parent organization for five different companies with the collective mission of becoming the leading independent supplier of parts, remanufactured components and equipment to the global mining, quarry and heavy construction industries.

Jordan-Sitter Associates (JSA) is a 30 year old, family-owned, retained search firm. We have been retained by Dom-Ex LLC to help them find a VP of Operations. This position will be based at their Hibbing, MN headquarters.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Please Read

• Parts Management Experience: Ideally 10yrs or more in Mining or Heavy Equipment Industry
• Product Knowledge: Familiar with Mining Products with an understanding of Mechanical & Hydraulic Systems
• Proven Success in Sales Management
• Strong Computer Skills, Especially with Microsoft Excel
