William (Bill) P. Sitter
Partner

Bill Sitter owns and operates JSA, located in San Antonio, TX. Prior to being in the equipment industry, Bill reached the rank of Captain in the U.S. Infantry. During his 25 years in the heavy equipment industry, Bill held senior management positions including Branch Manager, Marketing Director, General Manager, President and COO. Bill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Business, and at the age of 50 finished at the top of his MBA class. Bill’s unique industry perspective and personal experience with the equipment industry gives him the ability to guide the JSA team that consistently delivers superior talent to our clients.

G.E. (Jerry) Randecker
Partner

Before joining JSA, Jerry was a long-time associate and friend of the firm. His 30 years of business experience includes the role of President at both dealer and manufacturing firms in the heavy equipment industry. Jerry holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and an MBA. His industry experience broadens JSA’s capabilities and places our firm in an even stronger position to identify and qualify exceptional senior and mid-level management candidates for our equipment industry clients.

Christopher (Chris) Sitter

Chris joined JSA in 1997, bringing with him a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and considerable technology experience. Chris has played an integral role in modernizing JSA’s search process and is involved in all aspects of the business. JSA and our clients are fortunate to find the combination of technical know-how, natural people-skills and a constant striving for excellence that compels this former state-championship tennis player to help our clients hire the best.
