About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is Customer Support Manager has an opportunity to serve in a  key role providing technical support as well as maintaining and enhancing customer and dealer relationships globally. Desired Qualifications:

• Customer Support – Service Management: background in supervising field teams providing direct support, along with experience in addressing technical issues regarding warranty, product safety, manuals & training
• 15 Years or more of heavy equipment expertise: including solid comfort level with electrical, hydraulic & hydrostatic systems
• Are you comfortable going into an underground mine, 2 miles below the surface?
• Bachelors Degree Required: BSME preferred, business degree acceptable
