Alimak Hek, Inc. sells and provides product support for three major brands of vertical access equipment; Alimak, HEK and Champion. This key position is located in Houston, Texas and will be responsible for the overall performance of the field service operations throughout the North American markets. This National Service Manager will report to the Vice President After Sales Division and will lead a field team of 36 with 4-5 direct reports.
Jordan-Sitter Associates (JSA) is a 32 year old, family-owned, retained search firm. We have been retained by Alimak Hek, Inc. to help them find a National Service Manager. This position will be based in Houston, TX.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Please Read
- Business Savvy: P&L responsibility for product support operations, budget establishment & forecasting, business planning, & demonstrated creativity (out of the box)
- Service management experience with multiple locations and/or remote-based service technicians
- Promotability: desirous & capable of being mentored to assume VP-After Sales Division role in appx 2 years
- Mechanical Aptitude: understanding of basic hydraulic, electronic, & mechanical systems interface
- Capable of recruiting & training new service techs
