At stake for each JSA associate were bragging rights, a preferred parking space, being “served” by the other team members (fresh coffee anyone?), and their name permanently engraved on the trophy. Participation was mandatory and team member experience levels and actual interest varied from “haven’t seen a game in 25 years” to “the rest of you don’t have a chance!”.
As a result of this year’s numerous upsets, only two players had a pick left after the elite 8 and the contest was over. Final winners declared were Autumn Cavin (week 1), Chris Sitter (week 2), and “Humble” Bill Sitter won final bragging rights until next year.
